Precisely two years ago, Shane posted our first mission statement. Simple and ambitious as it was, that post pretty much sums up why we are still here.
There’s been a lot of work behind the curtains, lots of lessons learned (“we shouldn’t just mention sex in the titles whenever possible. We should also try to mention alcohol”) and a few, intense epiphanies (“A mincer in 3d perspective. On top of everything, half-way into the mincer, a brain: it must be very recognizable”). After 2 years, we are a 2.5k subscribers strong community and it’s time to celebrate and finally get more productive drunk.
A big thank you to all our readers, guest contributors and imperturbable partners for making this blog happen.
